On April 20, 2005, price variation limits will not be applied and trading in

securities of Ekranas AB (code of securities 10423) will be renewed.

At the shareholders’ meeting it was decided to approve annual accounts.

At the meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the company

out of the company's funds.
