Audited and consolidated results of operation for 2004



Based on the audited and consolidated financial reports (according to the

International Accounting Standards), Pieno Zvaigzdes AB had the following

results for 2004:



- LTL 397.5 million of turnover;

- LTL 49.1 million of EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and

ammortization);

- LTL 21.9 million of profit before taxes;

- LTL 19.1 million of net profit.
