Regarding results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the first quarter of 2005



Since AB Lietuvos Dujos has performed re-valuation of its non-current tangible

assets as of 1 January 2005 and since the accounting of the non-current assets

of the Company is currently in the process of reorganization, the Company

intends to post its results for the first quarter of 2005 and submit Balance

Sheet and Profit (Loss) Statement by 25 May 2005.
