SEB Vilniaus bankas became a member of Tallinn and Riga stock exchanges



On 30.05.2005 the management boards of Tallinn Stock Exchange and Riga 

Stock Exchange approved the membership application of AB SEB Vilniaus 

bankas. 



SEB Vilniaus bankas, a member of SEB - a Nordic Europe Financial Companies 

Group - is Lithuania's biggest commercial bank offering a full range of 

banking services to financial institutions and to over 844 thousand retail 

and corporate customers. SEB Vilniaus bankas is also a leading participant 

on the Vilnius Stock Exchange, where in 2004 SEB Vilniaus bankas was the 

most active member on the Central Market with 23 percent market share. 

75 percent of all SEB Vilniaus bankas’ trades were executed through 

Securities eBrokerage System.



SEB Vilniaus bankas will start trading under trading code VLB. 



Tallinn Stock Exchange now has 19 members, including eleven members trading 

from abroad. Riga Stock Exchange now has 17 members, including eight members 

trading from abroad.
