Apranga APB Group is further increasing growth rate



The turnover of Apranga APB Group in May 2005 in Lithuania, Latvia and

Estonia is LTL 14 156.4 thousand (EUR 4 100.0 thousand) and increased 

by 77.5%. The turnover of Apranga APB Group in May 2004 was

LTL 7 975.2 thousand (EUR 2 309.8 thousand). The turnover of

Apranga APB Group in May 2005 increased in all cities where operating,

including two main cities – Vilnius (47.9%) and Riga (2.9 times).

The turnover of Apranga APB Group in January-May period is

LTL 70 693.5 thousand (EUR 20 474.3 thousand), and increased by

LTL 27 601.1 thousand (EUR 7 993.8 thousand) or 64.1% comparing to

correspondent period of the last year.

The turnover of Apranga APB Group in Lithuania is LTL 47 254.1 thousand

(EUR 13 685.7 thousand) and increased by 26.6%. The turnover in foreign

markets is LTL 23 439.3 thousand (EUR 6 788.5 thousand) and increased

more than 4 times. The share of the foreign markets turnover in the all

Group turnover increased since 13.4% till 33.1% during the year.

The highest growth rates Apranga APB Group reached during most

profitable in clothing business months of the first half of the year – April

(growth of 81.5%) and May (77.5%).

During January-May period Apranga APB Group has already opened 3 new

stores and restructured one. Till the end of the year Apranga APB Group

is planning to open another 7 stores.
