Regarding  changes to VILSE index



With new ammendment to the VILSE Index rules coming into effect as of July 1,

2005, according to which listed companies, in which one shareholder holds not

less than 90% of the listed company's shares, will have to be excluded from the

index. Therefore, the following companies will be excluded from the VILSE index:



1.Anykščių vynas (ANK1L)

2.Klaipėdos jūrų krovinių kompanija (KJK1L)

3.Lisco Baltic Service (LBS1L)

4.Lietuvos elektrinė(LEL1L)

5.Lifosa (LFO1L)

6.Bankas Nord/ LB Lietuva (NDL1L)

7.Stumbras (STU1L)

8.VST (VST1L)
