PROCEDURES FOR LISTING BONDS OF OÜ VERSIO HOLDING



In accordance with the documents received on 30.06.2005, the Tallinn 

Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 3,592 bonds of  

OÜ Versio Holding (with nominal value of EUR 1,000) on the TSE Bonds List.

 

TSE will publish the resolutions of the TSE Listing and Surveillance 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
