LISTING OF SBM PANK BONDS



On July 14, 2005 the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing and Surveillance 

Committee decided to satisfy application of AS SBM Pank and to list 

3,572 bonds on the TSE Bonds List.

 

The first listing day of the bonds is the sixth stock exchange day 

(inclusive) after the decision is made public, i.e. the sixth stock exchange 

day following the publication of corresponding announcement via TSE 

information system. Thus altogether 3,572 bonds of AS SBM Pank 

(ISIN: EE3300075605) will be traded on the TSE Bonds List under shortname 

SBMB047507 starting 22.07.2005.
