AB Invalda group has increased its investments into AB Sanitas shares



On July 15 2005 after new issue of registered ordinary shares of AB Sanitas and 

increase of AB Sanitas share capital to 11 000 000 LTL, AB Invalda group has increased 

its investments into AB Sanitas shares by 13 mln. LTL. 7,3 mln. LTL were invested by 

acquiring old shares and investments into new issue shares were 5,6 mln. LTL. 

Currently, after increase of share capital, AB Invalda and its group companies 

have 36,2% of AB Sanitas share capital, together with other related parties group 

controls 44,6% votes in the shareholders meeting of AB Sanitas. It is planned to 

announce tender offer for AB Sanitas shares with offer price of 52,5 LTL.
