TOPICS OF AS TALLINNA VESI SUPERVISORY COUNCIL MEETING



The Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi met yesterday, 19th of July, to

discuss the following:



    - AS Tallinna Vesi Management Report

    - Business Plan for 2006 - 2010

    - Internal Audit Report for 2004 and Internal Audit Plan for 2005

    - Network Extensions Programme for 2006.



The members of AS Tallinna Vesi Supervisory Council are Jim Southworth, Chairman

of the Supervisory Council (United Utilities International), David Kilgour

(United Utilities International), Joakim Forsberg (EBRD), Marion Price (EBRD) and

Jüri Ratas, Siim Roode and Toivo Tootsen as the members appointed by the City of

Tallinn. Jüri Ratas and Joakim Forseberg did not attend Supervisory Council

Meeting.
