JSC “Olainfarm” shareholders’ pre-emptive rights



Following JSC “Olainfarm” published terms of share capital increase on 

19.07.2005, Riga Stock Exchange informs that from July 26, 2005, the 

shareholders who purchase JSC “Olainfarm” shares on the auto match market 

will not be able to exercise their pre-emptive rights to the forthcoming 

share issue. The agenda item on share capital increase will be reviewed by 

JSC “Olainfarm” AGM, to convene on July 29, 2005.
