REMOVING WATCH NOTATION FROM VIISNURK SHARES



According to decision of August 3, 2005, by the Management Board of Tallinn 

Stock Exchange, TSE removed a watch notation added to AS Viisnurk shares on 

June 6, 2005, as the circumstances that caused adding the watch notation 

ceased to be. 



Takeover offer regarding AS Viisnurk shares ended on July 25, 2005, and the 

value date of the offer is today, August 3, 2005.
