Prepared activity report for the first half of 2005



VST AB has prepared activity report for the first half of

2005 according the "Rules on disclosing periodical information

about issuer activity and issuer's securities" that are issued 

by Securities Commission of Lithuania.



The report is available in the library of Securities Commission

of Lithuania (Konstitucijos ave. 23, Vilnius), at the Head Office

of VST AB (Jasinskio str. 16C, Vilnius) from Monday to Thursday 

from 7:30 to 16:30 and on Friday from 7:30 to 15:15, or in the
