Shareholders.



During the Extraordinary Meeting of Šiaulių Bankas AB Shareholders,

which will take place on Sepember 23rd, 2005, the question of the authorized

capital enlargement due to the additional contributions is going to be disscused.



The aim of the capital enlargement - to stengthen Bank's capital base and to attract

additional funds for the development of the Bank's activities.
