Listing procedure initiated for JSC “Rīgas elektromašīnbūves Rūpnīca” shares



Riga Stock Exchange on August 22, 2005 received an application from “Rīgas 

elektromašīnbūves Rūpnīca” requesting the listing of shares on the RSE Free 

list (2 798 400 shares with nominal value LVL 1). 



The RSE Management Board resolution on listing will be made public 

immediately after it has been taken.
