JSC „Rīgas ostas elevators” has founded a daughter company



JSC „Rīgas ostas elevators” has closed litigation with Riga Freeport Administration, reaching 

amicable settlement, and has extended the land and quay lease agreement with the said company.

JSC „Rīgas ostas elevators” has founded a daughter company SIA “ELEVATORS ANDREJSALA” for the 

purpose of property management (registered share capital LVL 5,000; 100% owned by „Rīgas ostas 

elevators”).  The new company was registered at the Company register on August 12, 2005.
