on the RSE Free list starting with September 8, 2005. Nominal value is LVL 1; 

total issue value is LVL 2,798,400; ISIN code LV0000101012. The issue prospectus 

was registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission on June 10, 2005.



The RSE trading code is RER1R and SAXESS order book technical ID is 30913; 

standard lot size is 500.
