NEW SELVER STORE IN JÕHVI



On August 31, 2005 AS A-Selver, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,

concluded a lease agreement with a real estate developer Marketon Baltic OÜ for

operating a new supermarket in the shopping and business center which will be

built in Jõhvi, Narva road 4a. The planned sales area for the new Selver is 1400

sq m and the total lease area is 2000 sq m. The size of investment is 10 million

kroons (0.64 million euros). The new Selver will be opened in spring of 2006.
