“OT Grupa” released from surveillance



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of September 2, 2005 to lift the surveillance 

status for JSC “OT Grupa” starting with September 2, 2005.  



On August 25, 2005 the Company disclosed its financial statements for the first 6months of 

2005; and on September 1 provided Management report. Company shareholders’ meeting of August 

30, 2005 approved the Annual Report for 2004, and elected a certified auditor for 2005 accounts.  



Thus “OT Grupa” has disclosed sufficiently clear information about its financial and business 

status, and the circumstances that were the reason for applying surveillance status on June 10, 

2005 no longer exist.
