Regarding  loan agreement

 

On September 7th, 2005 Dvarcioniu Keramika AB signed the loan agreement

with AB bankas "Hansabankas" for the refinancing of the existing loan portfolio

and  supply of working capital of Dvarcioniu Keramika AB for the total

amount  of 13,032,900 EUR.
