PROCEDURES FOR LISTING BONDS OF BALTI INVESTEERINGUTE GRUPP



In accordance with the documents received on September 9, 2005, the 

Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) started the procedures for listing 450,000 

bonds (EE3300077015) of AS-i Balti Investeeringute Grupp on the TSE Bonds' 

List. The bonds have nominal value of EEK 100 and their redemption date is 

July 28, 2006.

 

TSE will publish the resolutions of the TSE Listing and Surveillance 

Committee made during the listing procedure.
