COMMENTARY ON ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN SEPTEMBER ISSUE OF PERIODICAL SALDO



The article by Raigo Neudorf and the charts illustrating it published in

periodical Saldo (no. 7, September 2005) include evaluations for 2005

(revenue of EEK 1.15 mld and operating profit of EEK 570 mln) by Ain Kaljurand,

the chairman of the Management Board of Port of Tallinn, as mentioned in the

article.



Port of Tallinn discloses economic results in accordance with the reglement of

Stock Exchange twice a year. Port of Tallinn does not disclose forecasts for

operating results. Port of Tallinn discloses data on the volume of cargo handled

and passengers serviced on a monthly basis. Information on the near future

investment plans is reflected in Port of Tallinn annual reports and is available

on Port of Tallinn website in Internet.
