JSC “VEF Radiotehnika RRR”  Supervisory Board Chairman resigns



JSC “VEF Radiotehnika RRR”  Supervisory Board Chairman J.Laucis has submitted a resignation 

letter. Pursuant to Commercial Law, if a board member resigns on his own account or has been 

revoked, the entire Supervisory Board has to be elected anew. Right now there are no nominees. 

The new members will be nominated during the EGM.
