JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” council member resigns



We hereby inform that on 15 September 2005 the Council Member of JSC Latvijas 

Krājbanka, Ansis Sormulis has filed a resignation notice. In accordance with 

Article 2.8 of the Council Rules, a Council Member resigning from their 

position prior to expiry of the Council’s term of authority should continue 

performing their obligations until election of a new Council.
