EAST CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT AB INCREASED ITS HOLDING IN AS BALTIKA



East Capital Asset Management AB (a company incorporated pursuant to the laws of

Sweden, registration number 556564-5370, address Kungsgatan 30, Box 1364, SE-111 93,

Stockholm, Sweden) notified on 03.10.2005 Estonian Central Register of Securities as

the person maintaining the share register of AS Baltika, that East Capital Asset

Management AB on behalf of East Capital Baltic Fund has purchased 150 500 common

shares in AS Baltika on September 29, 2005.



After the transaction East Capital Asset Management AB on behalf of East Capital

Baltic Fund owns 425 000 common shares in AS Baltika, which representing 7.30 percent

of the common shares and votes in AS Baltika.
