INTEREST PAYMENTS ON THE BONDS



On 20 October 2005 AS SBM Pank will pay EEK 237.50 per bond interest on the bonds

(EE3300075605) listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange.

Interests on bonds will be paid to the investors, who are the owners of the bonds

according to the data of the Estonian Central Register of Securities at 08:00 a.m

on the interest payment date, i.e. on 20 October 2005 at 8:00 a.m.



The bonds of AS SBM Pank bear fixed interest rate of 4.75% per annum (30/360)

until redemption on 20 April 2007. The next interest payment dates are on 20 April

2006, 20 October 2006 and 20 April 2007.



The interest on bonds will be paid by the issuer to the current account attached to

the securities account of the investor.



AS SBM Pank will not withhold any income tax on the interests paid on the above bonds.
