RSE Management Board on its meeting of October 18, 2005 assigned, starting with October 

18, 2005, Surveillance status to JSC “OT Grupa”, with the purpose to alert the market 

participants on the financial situation in the company. 



JSC “OT Grupa” has reported filing for insolvency on October 17, 2005.
