JSC “Rigas Transporta flote” share buyback offer application from “Lavinia 

Corporation”, (registered 18.02.1977., Republic of Liberia, reg.Nr. C-13178, 

adress – 80 Broad Street, Monrovia, Liberia, Phone: +30 210 6284200, 

fax: +30 210 8089710/11) at a price LVL 0.96 per share. 

Company shareholders 

may respond to the offer within fifty calendar days after the notice has been 

published in the official newspaper “Latvijas Vēstnesis”. 

The offer becomes valid only subsequent to the approval by Financial and 

Capital Market Commission.
