Trading in securities of Invalda AB will be suspended



On November 21, 2005, trading in ORS of Invalda AB (ISIN code LT0000102279 Ticker IVL1L) 

will be suspended resuming it with the separate decision after company's 

announcement through the information system of the VSE.

Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 21-11-2005). 

Increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary contributions.
