On the correction of Stock Exchange Release announced on October 27, 2005 



Sanitas AB informs that because of the technical mistake in Stock Exchange 

Release announced on October 27, 2005 in a draft of the decision on the 3 rd question 

“The increase of the statutory capital of the company with the additional 

contributions” the minimum issue price of one share was incorrectly stated. Company

clarifies that the minimum issue price of one share offered in the draft of the decision 

has to be 65 LTL (or 13 LTL if the nominal value of one share is 1 LTL).
