Snaige AB turnover increased by 22.1%



Based on unaudited consolidated 2005 nine months results Snaige AB 

had turnover of LTL 279.4 million (EUR 80.9 million) and LTL 25.7 million 

(EUR 7.4 million) of profit before taxes. Last year during the same period

the Company had turnover of LTL 228.8 million (EUR 66.3 million) and 

LTL 26.9 million (EUR 7.8 million) of profit before taxes. During nine months 

of 2005 the Company had EBITDA of LTL 41.5 million (EUR 12.0 million), 

and comparable figure of EBITDA for nine months of 2004 was LTL 39.9 million  

(EUR 11.6 million). 

During nine months of 2005 the consolidated turnover of the Company 

has increased by 22.1% and consolidated profit before taxes decreased by 4.3%.

The increase in turnover is due to significant increase in sales volumes and 

successful expansion in Russia. Minor decrease in profit before taxes is due

to increase of materials prices and higher custom duties in Ukraine as 

compared to last year.
