JSC “Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta” reports a claim against the company



JSC “Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta” reports that a claim for LVL 122,192 has been filed at 

court against “Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta” on behalf of an insolvent company SIA “Nītaure 

un partneri”. The claimant believes this is the amount invested by SIA “Nītaure un partneri” 

in the bust terminal over the period 1995-1999. At that time, Sergejs Serdjukovs was the 

owner and director of SIA “Nītaure un partneri”. 

JSC “Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta” does not recognize the claim. The claimant explains the 

claim with the activities during the time when the bus terminal went under privatization. 

Privatization Agency has not identified any investment made by SIA “Nītaure un partneri” 

that “Rīgas starptautiskā autoosta” should reimburse.
