Information on sale of shares owned by an employee of the JSC “Riga Transport Fleet”



Vladimirs Sedihs, being an  employee of the “Riga Transport Fleet” j.s.c., 

informs, that he has sold all his shares of the “Riga Transport Fleet” j.s.c. in 

amount of  7180  to Company “Lavinia Corporation Ltd” at price of  LVL 0.96 per 

share.



The deal was concluded on November 8th, 2005, pursuant to rules of shares redemption.
