A change in JSC “Rīgas ostas elevators” shareholder structure - acquisition



A private person Jānis Gauja reports an acquisition of:

- 204,188 non-public shares in “Rīgas ostas elevators”, or 13.00% of share capital and voting 

shares; 

- 75,360 public shares in “Rīgas ostas elevators”, or 4.8% of share capital and voting shares.

Altogether Jānis Gauja acquired 279,548 shares.
