AB Ūkio bankas Statute with increased authorised capital of the Bank registered

with the Register of Legal Entities



On 22 November 2005, AB Ūkio bankas Statute with increased authorised capital

of the Bank was registered with the Register of Legal Entities. The Bank’s

authorised capital of 126,708,000 (one hundred twenty six million seven hundred

and eight thousand) litas is divided into 10,559,000 (ten million five hundred

and fifty nine thousand) ordinary registered shares. The nominal value of one

share is 12 (twelve) litas.
