AB Rytų Skirstomieji Tinklai Board adopted the decision



AB Rytų Skirstomieji Tinklai Board adopted the decision to set up the secondary company UAB TETAS. 

UAB TETAS is to be charged with the duties of the company Network Operating Service along with the 

respective material, financial and human resources. 100 per cent of UAB TETAS shares will be owned 

by AB Rytų Skirstomieji Tinklai.
