“OT Grupa” trading suspended



RSE Management Board on its meeting of December 1, 2005 resolved to suspend the trading of 

“OT Grupa” shares starting with December 2, 2005. The company has failed to disclose the 

9-month financial statements.  The company was trading under surveillance since October 18 

due to filing for insolvency. On November 21 the court declared the company insolvent. By 

failing to provide the financial statements by the required deadline, JSC “OT Grupa” has 

created a situation when the market participants do not have access to material information 

that would allow assessing the company share value. 



RSE Management Board will review the issue of resuming the trading only after receiving the 

said statements.
