FCMC has received documents form JSC "Preiļu siers" regarding buyback offer



Financial and Capital Market Commission on December 2, 2005 received request from 

Jāzeps Šnepsts, an authorized representative of "Preiļu siers" shareholders, for a 

permission to launch share buyback offer. The price is LVL 2.01 per share.



The shareholders may respond to the offer within thirty days starting from the next day 

after the notification on the buyback offer has been published in the newspaper "Latvijas 

Vēstnesis". The offer comes into effect only after the FCMC has approved it.
