Appointment of the Management Board member



The Supervisory Council of Saku Õlletehase AS elected Director of Logistics and

Finance Janno Veskimäe as a new member of the Management Board starting from

December 5th. Janno Veskimäe will coordinate logistics, finance and IT.



Janno Veskimäe has worked from September 2005 as Logistics Director in Saku

Õlletehase AS. Since 2004 July till September 2005 Veskimäe worked as a business

controller in BBH Baltics. From 2002 July till 2004 July he was BBH Ukraine

business analyst. From 2001 June till 2002 July he worked as BBH Baltics business

analysts.



From April 2005 Janno Veskimäe was a member of Saku Õlletehase AS Supervisory

Council. Accordingly to the decision of the special general meeting of Saku

Õlletehase AS, Janno Veskimäe was removed before the term from the Supervisory

Council at the end of September to enable him to start working in the company as

Director Logistics.



Janno Veskimäe has no shares of Saku Õlletehase AS.



There are two members in the Management Board of Saku Õlletehase AS: Jaak Uus as

a chairman and Janno Veskimäe as a member.
