Information on sale of closed issue shares owned by members of the JSC “Riga Transport Fleet” Board



Olegs Kolosovs, being a member of the “Riga Transport Fleet” j.s.c. Board, informs, 

that the Board members have sold all their closed issue shares of the “Riga 

Transport Fleet” j.s.c. in amount of 11 900  to Company “Lavinia Corporation Ltd” 

at price of  LVL 0.96 per share, and namely:



1.Mr. Peter George             - 2380 shares of the “Riga Transport Fleet” j.s.c;

2.Mr.Oleg Kolosov              - 2380 shares of the “Riga Transport Fleet” j.s.c;

3.Mr.Ionnis Giannakakis        - 2380 shares of the “Riga Transport Fleet” j.s.c;

4.Mr.Jurij Kotun               - 2380 shares of the “Riga Transport Fleet” j.s.c;

5.Mrs. Eleftheria Kallini      - 2380 shares of the “Riga Transport Fleet” j.s.c.



The deals were concluded on 5th December 2005, pursuant to rules of share 

redemption offer.
