“Rīgas kuģu būvētava” trading resumed



RSE Management Board on its meeting of December 6, 2005 resolved to resume the trading of 

“Rīgas kuģu būvētava” shares. Company has disclosed the required information. Thus, the 

circumstances serving as the reason for suspending the trading have ceased to exist. 



“Rīgas kuģu būvētava “ trading was suspended on December 6 due to the company failure to 

disclose material information that may affect the share price.
