From December 7, 2005, a mandatory tender offer to buy Limeta AB ORS and 

PRS (ISIN codes LT0000112864 and LT0000112872) is launched. 

The closing date for execution of the tender offer is January 5, 2006. 

The price per share is LTL 0,10.
