FCMC approves JSC “Preiļu siers” share buyback offer



FCMC has approved that Jāzeps Šnepsts, an authorized representative of JSC “Preiļu siers” 

shareholders, to launch the share buyback mandatory offer. The buyback offer prospectus (in the Latvian language)
