Conserning the establishment of AB Ūkio bankas share issue price



The Board of AB Ukio Bankas informs that in the event the right is vested upon the

Board to set the final price of the share issue in the General Shareholders’ Meeting

of 23 December, this price will be set subject to the fair market value of AB Ukio

Bankas shares, i.e. the final price of the share issue will be discounted not more

than 30 percent of the arithmetic average stock price of the last twenty trading

sessions at Vilnius Stock Exchange.
