Notification regarding the acquisition and loss of the block of shares of Snaige AB



On December 15, 2005, Survesta UAB owned 22.77% of Snaige AB votes by the

right of ownership.

On December 15, 2005, Hermis Capital UAB owned 0.75% of Snaigė AB votes by the

right of ownership.

Notice: Persons acting in concert are Hermis Capital UAB and Survesta UAB, controlled 

by Hermis Capital UAB. Hermis Capital UAB have sold 22.77% of Snaige AB shares to Survesta UAB.



Notification about the acquisition of the block of shares was submitted to the

VSE on December 19, 2005.
