Trading in securities of Stumbras AB will be renewed



On December 28, 2005, trading in securities of Stumbras AB (LT0000119430 STU1L) 

will be renewed.

The issue is reduced (reorganization of the Stumbras AB, division of the company by

the formation of the new company, Biofuture AB.
