CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

 

According to the Supervisory Board decision of September 4, 2000,

Liisa Marjatta Rentola was elected new member of the Management 

Board of AS Klementi.

Liisa Marjatta Rentola does not own shares in AS Klementi.

 

Liisa  Marjatta  Rentola (born in 26.04.1946) graduated from the 

Helsinki University in 1970. As of 1993 Liisa Rentola heads the 

Subcontracting and Production Department at P.T.A.Group Oy. 

Currently she is working as the Director of Purchases.

 

Thus, on the basis of the Articles of Association, members of the 

Management Board of AS Klementi as of 04.09.00 are the following:

Mare-Ann Perkmann

Liisa-Marjatta Rentola
