ABOUT THE PREMLIMINARY 1998 CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF 

AS MERKO EHITUS 

 

AS Merko Ehitus affiliated group’s 1998 preliminary 

consolidated unaudited net sales along with the construction 

works as investments amounted to 850 million EEK, and the gross 

profit was 35 million EEK.

 

The annual net sales forecast of AS Merko Ehitus group for the 

year 1998 amounted to 700 million EEK, and the annual gross 

profit forecast was 35 million EEK.

 

The 1997 net sales of AS Merko Ehitus affiliated group totaled 

526.5 million EEK, and the gross profit was 26.0 million EEK.

 

AS Merko Ehitus will present the 1998 accounting reports to the 

Tallinn Stock Exchange by the end of March, at the latest.
