CONCLUDING A CONTRACT



AS Merko Ehitus and SRV Ehitus AS, which belongs to SRV International 

Group has concluded a contract for renovation and expansion of Viru 

Shoppingcenter, address Viru square 4. The construction works will be 

launched during this month.

 

The coverage of the contract is 35 000m2, which will be completed in 

October 2003.
