AS MERKO EHITUS ACQUIRED A PARTICIPATION IN OÜ TORNIMÄE APAR



As a result of a contract concluded on April 28, 2004

AS Merko Ehitus acquired a 50% participation of OÜ

Tornimäe Apartments from EKE Invest AS, who plans to build

a multifunctional high-rise building in Tornimäe Street, Tallinn.



The aim of the company is to develop real estate activities

in the above-mentioned area.



This sales contract is not to be considered as a related party

transaction.
